Shivakumar BR (Shiva to me ) headed the IT function at EnAble India and functionally reported to me while i was associated with the organization from March 2020 to July 2024 in the capacity of Head Admin and IT.
Shiva displayed stellar leadership qualities and led his team from the front ensuring work continued seamlessly as the organization had moved into the WORK FROM HOME Mode due to the pandemic.
He is very methodical and detail oriented which ensured that the IT Dash board had 100% ticket resolution as per the SLA's .He is a constant learner and upgrades himself through his self learning approach .The testimony to this was he having created the SHARE POINT PORTAL for the IT Department which helped us to have a real time dash board in tracking IT assets/
His humane approach in interacting and providing solutions to Persons with Disability was well recognized and acknowledged by the organisation .Shiva being an out door person , went beyond his personal comfort by taking visually impaired or persons with Intellectual Disability on treks which clearly spelt out the INCLUSION factor in him/
